Sharp Vz-3000 Stereo System

For sale is a vintage Sharp VZ-3000 stereo system with it's original CP-V300 speakers. It is a European spec model with DIN connections, but it is equipped with a US plug. This unit has been restored to working condition, but there are still a couple of small issues with it. All electrolytic caps, except on the tuner and speaker crossovers, have been replaced and new belts have been installed on the turntable and tape deck. The woofer surrounds have also been replaced. As for it's present issues, the turntable door has trouble closing under it's own power, the input selector contacts still sound a little dirty, and the tape deck has a hard time rewinding and fast forwarding. Beyond those, it functions well considering it's four decades old. It's certainly not without some wear and tear, but it's still an awesome looking collectors piece. I simply don't have the need for a unit of it's kind anymore, and would love for someone else to enjoy this unique machine.
