Unit has been tested by someone who knows what they are doing, I'm a retired nurse so I as not the one testing it but rather took it to a friends who knows about these things. It was put through it's paces and it works as intended.
Unit is in overall good quality and comes with the umbilical cable, power cable, and even comes with the remote. There are some scratches on top of the unit, likely from another component being placed atop of it. The remote is missing the batter compartment clasp but is otherwise in good condition
